Question about making a giveaway

I bought some games on Amazon (steam codes) and I don't think there is a way to use the codes to just add them to my inventory to gift. Can I create a giveaway and then just give the code to the winner?

Yes you add them on steam and give them the code or mail it.

Yes, you can either send them to the winners email (which will appear when the giveaway is over) or you can add them on Steam and give them to the winner via Steam chat.
