in order to activate the pin code you have to register an account and then add the funds to that account.. by any chance do you have an account over there?

I have account, but when I'm trying to activate it, PSC shows that I can't do it in my country. I tried VPN and it's the same, even main account page stays in Polish instead of changing language to English.

I am not sure if this promotion works in every country where paysafecard is available. If you did exactly how they explained it in the newsletter and it didn't work, then you could always try contact their support.

Well, They didn't mentioned that it's locked outside of UK, I wrote to them twice and nothing ;P

Nope, unless you want to go to those sketchy websites, there's no way. Try using a VPN to activate the code in a UK IP.

Paysafecard is usable for steam games as for trade/transfer I can't give you a conclusive answer to that since I don't have experience or knowledge of any of those website. Everything where you need an "exchanger" is sketchy in my opinion.

There's an addon for firefox named anonymox or something, it allows you to change ip in a click.

Otherwise use someone from your friend list that you trust and ask him to do it for you.

Proxy servers still won't give him a phone number from the UK. Halfway there though.

Maybe he can use a VOIP service to gain a usable UK phone number.

The same thing happened to me, so I found someone from the UK and gave it to him. You need an account from the UK (you can use a proxy for that), and you need a phone number from the UK so they can send a code to activate that account (you can't use a proxy for that). So unless you have a friend there that can do that for you, the code will go to waste, so I recommend finding someone that will be able to use it.

You can't change the prefix from the country, and they send you a code to that number that you need to write to activate your account, so unless you have a friend there that can recieve that message...

In Spain, mobile phones start with 6. And Spains prefix is +34, UK's is +44 I think. You can't change that prefix in the web, so the number will be wrong unless you're in the UK.

Let me show you.

When you call another cell phone in your country, you don't need to add that prefix. But I don't know if this happens in your country, but when someone sends me a message, and I call him directly from that message, the number I'm calling shows that prefix.
