Overprotection is bad, 1 av can be better than 3 because most of them do not work best they can when there is more av programs on 1 pc.

They fight each other to clean files and that can cause many problems, you shouldn't have more than 1 av, max 2.

Multiple av on 1 pc can cause many issues.

Also reason why you get notification from av about that link is that most likely someones attached picture is flaged (false-positive maybe)

But it seems all 6 antiviruses agree that the link is infected.

Sorry for doing this but FACEPALM

You shouldn't have multiple antivirus, since they will interfere with each other.

I won't take the risk of uninstalling one of them.

You should be running a Virtual Machine or something like that, also delete system32 it will help a lot ! All viruses are stored there !

lol,are u crazy dude? ... if there are 6 anti-viruses your protection wont become better ITS THE OTHER WAY your PC protection will actually be WORSE,because while the anti-viruses interfere with each other they can let some viruses slip,or detect some clean file or whatever as infected which might cause u trouble -.- its just STUPID to have more than 1 anti-virus...look around yourself everyone has 1 or even 0 anti-viruses(when u dont include the windows integrated antivirus) and still run their PC's fine -.-

Be careful. RaNDOM CAPITILIZATION is a sign of an infected computer or phisher bot. I'm now deleting my SG account before I burn all my HDD's. I suggest you do the same.

You should probably go through at least 4 proxies as well, in addition to using incognito mode on your browser. Go through Tor as well. If you have enough proxies, the virus gets lost and can't find your computer.

Thanks for the tip.I'm ordering 6 copies of TOR as we speak.

I tried antibiotics but it got stuck in the DVD writer.I don't think it likes swallowing.

DVD writer? dude, you got oit totally wrong. only suitable way to apply an antibiotic to your PV is to dissolve it in water and then using a syringe apply it directly to all important parts of your PC - CPU, GPU, PSU etc - keep in mind you need to apply directly, not onto a cooler. The best way is also to have your PC running while you're doing it and just to be sure apply water-antibiotic mixture to every place on your motherboard that has power cabble connected as well. It should help ;)

Well obviously you aren't safe. You need to get Google Ultron ! The web browser used by N.A.S.A itself.

Well I have a solution for that too. Browse in incognito mode so no one can see your internet history. B )

I always do that. And after I finish, I still delete my empty internet history just to be 100% sure.

Then you're safe mate. But still, for extra protection. You should put tin foil on your PC so that no one can hack into it. Never now what the evil doers are up to.

using 6 antivirus means

USING NO ANTIVIRUS AT ALL!

They just keep your system under pressure.

Permalink

Under pressure, buuut, protected.

Yeah but I think using 6 antiviruses is too much, you ll maybe get the protection but at the bad cost. Balance is the key.

I've never gotten a worm in my computer. There was a rat nest in an old one I had however. I would have thought my firewall would have kept him out.

Copy and paste this in text file and then scan it with your antivirus.

This is EICAR Standard Anti-Virus Test File this test file allows people to test anti-virus software without having to use a real computer virus.
