FYI, on Humble, before you redeem the Steam Key, click Gift, and you will get a list of regions, Esc or click close on that little menu to get you back and then redeem Steam Key.

the information in description does not count and if the winner is from restricted country when your giveaway is created as region free, it is your resposibility to deliver. I would recreate those giveaways with proper regions. Just my 2 cents
