Diablo 3 is on sale

Probably just not a lot of people who deal in it, it isn't Steam DRM. I assume buying it yourself isn't an option for some reason?

It's hard to trade as Battle.net doesn't allow for "gift" copies to be bought. Same reason it's rare to see people trading Origin games.

Thanks been wanting to get reaper of the souls but hesitated because of the price tag for a single act. This could be the excuse I need ehm the opportunity.

You'll have to trade someone for cash or have them buy it on demand. People will want to convert real money into Steam value at a profit so expect to be paying 12+ keys for it. Also, don't buy these things off of randoms.
