It's correct. But that this graph is not like the ones that most of us are used to.
Total GAs are counted as 100%. 60,6% of GAs were public ones, and when you "move" from top of the graph to the bottom of this "grey area" of public GAs will end on the line which separate "little more gray area of invite only GAs". From top to this point you have 60,6% of GAs. Then there is area of invite only GAs, separated by "green area" of group GAs - moving down from grey to green line will give you 9,8%. And so on. That way it shows nicely if there was change in proportion in public / invite / group / wishlist GAs without lowering readibility.

It seems that the chart showing giveaways per type is incorrect. The text says that 60.6% giveaways in March were public, while the chart displays 100%. There were more group giveaways than invite only ones, however the chart displays the opposite. Numbers also don't match (for both). Whitelist giveaways seem to be displayed correctly.
