Interesting, if it's a genuine error or a scam to dump it through some shady sites/bundles? So far no GAs here, that could bring accounts to level 7 ($1k CV) with just 7 of them purchased for $1 or less each.

EDIT: Oh, so I see, that the dev did it with some reason, and also offers free keys:

If your monthly income last three month is less that 800 USD per month, it would nice a free key, for decrease your life pressure if I can :-)   (...) Send a email to  xxxxx@yyy.com and note your name ...

Maybe it's some weird sense of humor, that I don't get, but I'm sure currently under $800/month and I'm sure not going to send any e-mail for the key. Instead, unless the dev explains the pricing in an understandable to me way, it will go on ignore and blacklist.
