I'm new to this site, and as I created my first three giveaways, I've set the time to 4 weeks, just to be safe. Then I realised you can only create 3 giveaways at once, and I still have some stuff I want to get rid off. I wrote a ticket 2 days ago, but I think the support has better things to do. I don't want to delete those giveaways for such a reason and disappoint a few hundred people. It wasn't my intention to wait 4 weeks until I can create more giveaways. As I said, I'm new and this is probably a stupid question, so feel free to delete it and tell me how dumb I am.

You can't. And if you would delete them now, you'll lose 1 giveaway slot per deleted giveaway so in the end you won't be able to create new giveaways (as a new user you have 3 giveaway slots). Just wait those 4 weeks ;)

I do not think altering the giveaway time is possible.

You can also earn giveaway spots, by creating more giveaways.

I recommend just waiting out that time. I ran into the same problem with my first giveaway D:

Btw Support is really slow at answering tickets.

That's mostly because they are not a lot of them and there are a lot of tickets. I mean people have open tickets from 2 years ago. If everyone just looked at their support page and closed the tickets that are no longer relevant, it would help a lot.

Yeah I'm not complaining or blaming the mods, just letting a new user know what to expect :D

I've decided to just wait 3 weeks. Going to close the tickets now.

What others said. Also, thanks blarkio for giving and also for asking in the forum rather than just spamming support many times or deleting those GAs and asking support for more slots.

CG can, but he does have other stuff he works on, so might not happen.

He did it once for me though. :D

I saw that you already ok with waiting, but while you're waiting, you could create a different support ticket, asking if a mod would manually increase your giveaway slots.

If they see your ticket within 3 weeks and agree, you win.
If they see your ticket within 3 weeks and don't agree, you lose nothing.
If they don't see your ticket within 3 weeks, you can close it. Again, you lose nothing.

by the way, after your 3 giveaways successfully end (the winners need to mark them as received), you will have 4 slots (you gain 1 slot for 3 successful giveaways).
