Potato Quiz [closed]

Hello there,
this forum is full of potatoes but I am not sure if you also know something about this yummy food. So I decided to make a simple puzzle about it. If you succeed, you can compete for a game called Wasteland Angel.

Since the original quiz contained a shortener and it's against rules I deleted the link and I wrote the right answers after the question so you can check it there.

There is not a level restriction for this GA so everybody can try luck. The size of letters does matter so think of it. I recommend using copy/paste (ctrl+c and ctrl+v).
