This ever happened to any of you?
You know these videos are based on your browser history, right? ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

He's actualy right some of the video recomendations are from the video you just watched and some of them based on your viewing history :)

more accurately they use cookies:
How ads follow you
Here's how it works: when you visit a site that wants to show you an ad later, they 'tag' your browser with a small text file called a cookie.
When you move on to a new site that has a space for personalised ads, even one not at all related to the original site, the page will recognise your tracking cookie and show you a 'relevant' ad.
If the site is lucky, the ad reminds you to return.
Maybe you decided those shoes were too expensive on Monday, for example, but you might buy them when you're feeling flush on Friday... if you see them again.

It shows as related to things you've watched before, however the thumbnail might be nothing but a clickbait, I suppose it's a video about, uhm... wrist watches? Or "WFT moments"?

As mentioned already, it is likely a mix of your viewing history and content deemed similar to what you have watched:
I have talked to a few former youtube engineers and I have gotten the impression that youtube uses some kind of similarity metrics. Look up Jaccard Similarity and Cosine Similarity, and Lj distances. Typically youll have some kind of vector that represents all of the videos you have watched. And then we can compare this vector, using these various similarity metrics, to the vectors of other people to try to find a close match. If you are a close match, then videos that one person watches are likely relevant to the other person.

Youtube and Amazon recommendations can both be utterly batty, don't expect them to reliably relate to what you've recently browsed.
Hell, Amazon once started recommending me nothing but giant chinese kites. I mean, yes, I was intrigued, but it wasn't something that in any way matched my previous browsing history. Youtube seems to use a better algorithm, but it sometimes wonks out to an even sillier degree- and given that youtube bases off your entire youtube viewing history, it can come back with some rather thoroughly off-topic suggestions. Moreover, youtube seems to use a two degrees of separation system, so sometimes I've gotten recommendations that seemed tied to other recommendations I'd gotten in the past [but hadn't viewed].
If you watch enough fringe-interest clips on youtube [that youtube has trouble finding related clips for], it's likely you're getting recommendation pulls from the odder recesses of youtube.

NFSW = No Funny Safe Words.(in other words: stick to something like "teacup" instead of using "harder" or "more")

Youtube prohibits explicit sexual content [unless they've changed policy and I didn't notice], so it's doubtful that was an actual video of that nature. However, cover images for videos don't have to match the videos, and aren't given the same level of oversight, and so are often intentionally explicit to drive traffic to the video.
Unless you actually clicked on the video and determined it to be legitimate [you only clicked it for science, right?], it's far more likely it was actually a video based off your preferences, but with a clickbait cover image.
That said, advertising services (including youtube) get advertisments pulled from various browsing history sources, including previously viewed advertisements. So it could in fact be matching to content derived from such sources- adblockers will typically prevent that sort of thing from happening, but if you're not using one, that may be the source of your issues.
Either way, as much as I disdain ScamGala, that's not something they have control over- in fact, that's not even a proper advertising arrangement [eg, like Google Ads] where the site made the decision to include the advertising framework (and may have even some control over the recommendations it makes)- rather, that's just recommendations under the responsibility of youtube alone. So if you've an issue, Google is the one you need to take it up with.

I believe it's a bug. Given the fact that the Voodoo video is indeed hosted on YT and those at the end are entirely YouTube videos, I find it highly unlikely for that particular video to be picked specifically from your internet history.
Unless of course you've been watching porn on YouTube, which by all means - share! who said that?

NFSW? Never forget sexy whales? No freaky stuff William? I'm so confused!

It has nothing to do with IndieGala / it is YouTube recommending you stuff.

Youtube suggests videos based on what you have watched, your history of video searches , subscriptions and recommendation based on other factors such as related videos and stuff. Other tiles contain my subscribed channels, relative vids i watch on youtube and search patterns.

Not quite random. Youtube/google never shares their recommendation algorithm, and changes it on a regular basis, but it is something that according to youtube's algorithm you "should" be interested in. But it might simply be due to some tags the video has, or a video that people who have watched videos with similar tags as videos you've watched have watched.
