I will try but unfortunately Humble Store doesnt list any restrictions until bought. I can try other places to buy games but I have had bad experiences besides Humble Store and direct from Steam.

When it comes to Bundles 9 out of 10 times Humble is wrong with their list of region locks that comes up when clicking Create Gift link.
Not sure if they're doing a better job with Store purchases so you might wanna ask the SteamGifts community. Some people here can do wonders with Steamdb 😅
