Wings and a jet engine. Everybody needs flying trains in their lives.
The flags do look oddly out of place.

nice dude

you could add rivets, maybe a name plate, perhaps some coal in the back, the arms on the train wheels type of thing

adding zombies to things tends to make them popular

If you are going to have the flags, maybe try using some basic cloth simulation to get them looking a bit more natural.
