What is it?

It's bacon ice cream. Except that it's the ice cream that taste like bacon. So it's not just ice cream with some bacon on it.

I'm thinking of opening a small shop for it, but I need a partner to do this. My plan is to have it being sold around the world within just the first year of launching the product. So, anyone interested?

It's been done. You proved it with your own link. If you read it carefully it even says it infuses the milk with the bacon, so the ice cream base gets bacon flavor and it's not just ice cream with bacon bits.
