Doesn't matter how many giveaways you've entered - if the giveaways had many entries, your probabilities of winning are decreased. Even if your chances were good, it's possible to have bad "luck" (although I don't believe in luck myself).
See it that way - if you were to roll a D6 die indefinitely, it would be theoretically possible that in some instance of the universe, you never land on the 6. Of course, that never happens in this world, but the fact is there's nothing "happening" to make you not win giveaways - it's all in the probabilities.

It's all about RNG. And, as I'm convinced as well, the mass bot entries and many that have the system hacked. I used to have a steady luck that ran from 1-4 above until last September when it dropped to even amounts. And it has steadily dropped like a rock down a bottomless well to what is at 4 less currently. On average, lately, it's been one win for me every 2-5 weeks now. But it happens and I stopped having any hope of seeing Spacecat whenever I come here. And this is with just under 35K entries and 169 wins. I'd KILL to give more away, but with my current financial situation I can't.
It happens. Just enter more than the 3K and try to give more away. At your level it will be hard to find any that have less than 500 - 6000 entries. Also, try and get into some groups. It does help..... Sometimes.......
Edit- I've won my fair share by now and can't really complain. If I never win again then I can be fine with it too. That's just how it is.

Maybe give more so that you level up and have access to GAs with better win probabilities?
Also, get involved in groups, which have closed GAs for members. Again, your chance of winning goes way up. In most cases, this means that you have to maintain a ratio and often give at least one game per month, but that's not hard to do. I actively participate in at least 5 groups like this, and I've won more games that way than anything else.
Also, prove you're a good giver and you'll get added to a bunch of whitelists, which gives you access to even more limited-entry GAs.
TLDR: the best way to receive more is to give me, just like in the rest of life. ;)
