It's probably because what you're wanting is too high of a price. There are threads you can get Skyrim ROW tradable for 3 keys. Why would I pay 4 for a region locked one?

Well, I listed my games for a lower price before, but it's like no profit for me, then I put a little high price. And now it's back to low price. lol Thanks for your suggestion bzz
