But they aren't getting removed and even i draw a line here with these over the top scam games, even 99,99% off is a scam.

this one will not be removed.
even if already have happened before that some devs, annunced the game to be removed, make a quick cash from collectors and after that "changed their mind", as an strategy to sell an unknown game for the most gamers. they usually wait the 14 days so people can't refound.
so, this probably it's not that case.

Cleaned up a bit, I wish those that said they would be removed months ago, actually gets removed so i can remove them too from the list.

Also i don't know with Panther VR (Wolfdog) shutting down, https://store.steampowered.com/app/566860/VR_Dungeon_Knight/ that company/guy is also the publisher of it.

I think someone said they had a license expiring? Maybe they renewed?
