They won't disappear since the game is going to be F2P in early 2025. Redeeming a key will still add the game to your library as a +1. Additionally, if the developer or publisher adds trading cards in the future it will be easier to earn them. Since F2P games don’t typically grant trading cards unless you've made a purchase like other Editions / DLC.
