You sure it's not something from Superbrothers? It's probably not Sword & Sworcery, but that style is just so much theirs, and they didn't use it only for S&S. I'd suggest looking around in their stuff, maybe you'll find it.

I am almost sure it isn't S&S. And I think this game was even made before than S&S.

Hi. I'm the author of that game (and image). It's available for free on my blog, along with other free games (and music). It was made after Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery EP, although I've been working with a mixed pixel/more high-def graphics style since before S:S&S (but I won't deny that Superbrothers have inspired me and made me refine the style, especially of that game!).

I know =( )= is a terribly anonymous title and makes it terrible to search for, but avoiding text altogether was one of the main purposes when designing the game since I tend to over-rely on text in many other games I make.

It's a pretty ambient experience and requires a bit of patience so you'll have to be in the right mood when playing. It was made in 72 hours so there are a few bugs.
