yeah Guess what i deleted The Game Folder Contents Extracted the WinRAR archive i launch the game then it Shows like a Waiting Time period and it downloads 2.2 megabytes and i launch...... so either A VALVE Employee saw my Steam Forum post and Decided to make that happen or Steam just came right.

i do have SOME FANCY Workshop items..... This NEVER Happened Before. its not the client.

Nope. Not The Workshop items. The Admins of the Server i play on... do Reboots every now and then but they dont Care if 1 person has This issue. i tried other Servers Same problem. shrugs the only Solution is to Delete STEAM and the Steam Apps Folder as i use a 2nd internal 500 Gig HDD E:/Steam Games/

and apply the Steam Backup Files instead of the install folder of l4d2. doing that use to solve a lot of issues. going to give that a Try as i have A steam Folder Backup without any login Data. or anything else... if all fails... its problems with the Server Side....... Left 4 Downtown,L4DToolz could be anything i dont know that would Be Bailopans Duty to Sort out......
