Second Question: I have a The Ship - 2 Pack Gift on Steam. Is this the complete Pack or am I wrong?

it means that it was in a bundle and thus the value is decreased.
i'm pretty sure it's the complete pack

  1. The star means this game has been qiven out in huge quantity (for example the massive Mr X The Ship giveaway) or has been in a bundle that sells games for cheaper. Therefore this will not raise your contributor value above $30.

The ship gifts on steam, if you got them from the mr X give away there are the full pack
