Am I allowed to link people to greenlight's that aren't mine in my giveaways? Like a free promotion I suppose?

I've seen people do it before. I'd personally ask the creator of the game/greenlight first though. I doubt they'd be too mad if you didn't but still, better safe than sorry.

why not? But you should state that you're unrelated. That must be clear. Promotion yes. Offenses not.
