Yeah xD Well, usually it's not worth bothering support because they won't help you anyway. They couldn't even fix broken BF Hardline (wouldn't launch), nor they were able to provide a solution. Luckily other gamers found a way to fix it. I hope it will be like that in this case too.

Mine works fine, store and library and also played a game without any issues.
(Try to do a clean uninstall and install it again, that should fix your issue)
