You cant really do much besides report him to steam rep

Report him to Steam. That's what I did. It takes like 3-5 days to answer, but they ended up banning him for 2 months.

Go to 4chan, link his profile and say he's giving away free games to anyone who adds him. Works everytime.

I know the feeling, sorry :/ what you can do is report him to www.steamrep.com and write a ticket with screen shots of your conversation to Steam support.

it feels suck, i know. i got scammed about 8-9 months ago too. Shit happens and there's nothing you can do about it. so why feel bad? hakuna matata =)

You know someone is not trustworthy when this profile header says "Adding me ? I dont wanna be your friend unless you wanna gift me something or trade".

Report him and next time check traders rep

report the mutha

Give him/her a negative rep first thing (in steam trades) if you already haven't. Then go to SteamRep and report him. You will need proof of course.

post it on their forums, there is a report thread. Also give him Negative Rep
