Question Regarding Unlisted Games

Whelp, I have a few things in my steam inventory that I want to give away, but when I try to find them, they are not listed. One of them is a Viscera Cleanup Detail bundle that has Viscera Cleanup Detail, Viscera Cleanup Detail: Shadow Warrior, Viscera Cleanup Detail: Santa's Rampage games all together, and the other is a Killing Floor bundle that has Killing Floor as well as Defense Alliance 2.

How would I go about listing these? It's a shame to just have them sitting in my inventory, and I want to get them to a good home.

Viscera Cleanup Detail can be given away. Just use that
For the Killing Floor bundle, just GA as Killing Floor
