I believe your problem is the game. It's a port, probably a not well made one.

Those are some cool artifacts you have there! Creative 3D Blaster Banshee! That brings some memories... On the other hand, don't remember much about that Rumble Roses game other than that its marketing was about advanced titty physics. Isn't it fell into obscurity shortly after its release?

I miss when extreme graphics cards for extreme gamers needed extreme names.

... a bot has revealed themselves! (just kidding)
But I'll have to disagree, pressing the delete key is easier than having to type variations of five alphanumerics. It used to be that a "Page not found. Return home" invalid link would kick you right back to the SG main page and thus erasing the address bar but since quite a while ago it's stopped automatically doing that so the link remains in the address bar. Then one can easily modify the NOBOT part after opening a new tab with a simple middle-click on the hyperlink. This way you'll never have to check if you got those five letters right or what they were at all.

?
You have the invalid link and spend 15, 30, 60+ seconds to "correct". How is that helping you as a human?
A bot with a script can do the same thing and not be frustrated 1000 times per second.
10 identify a possible 5 digit alpha numeric code
20 apply the 5 digit code to https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/xxxxx/
30 Repeat 10 million times a day.

This game needs XMS! Do you have DOS=HIGH? Are you using EMM386.EXE? I get the best FPS, and my CONFIG.SYS looks like this:
FILES=20
BUFFERS=20
DEVICE=C:\DOS\HIMEM.SYS
DEVICE=C:\DOS\EMM386.EXE NOEMS RAM
DOS=HIGH
But, of course, this only works if you have 4MB of memory in your system. And I actually have an input device you might not have, it is called a "mouse", which requires a mouse driver...
Cheers!

Preach. I remember having to open my IBM PCjr. and actually solder stuff so that I could add a second floppy drive (not supported out of the box)...wanted it so that I could leave the OS in one drive and have my programs runs off of the second floppy.
</old guy memories> :D

My second computer was an Atari STFM. It supported a second drive and I got an external 3.5" DS/HD drive and wanted to boot from that rather than the internal 3.5" DS/DD drive, which meant learning to solder...

Nice. I remember upgrading to my 286, which had both a 1.2Mb 5.25" floppy and a 3.5" 1.44Mb floppy. Oh, and a whopping 20Mb hard drive (which was 5.25" format, and sounded like a freight train was clacking away down the tracks whenever it was running)! 🤣🤣🤣

If you do have a mouse, make sure to use LOADHIGH to move the driver into the upper memory.

I remember reordering the loading order of tsr in the config.sys and autoexec.bat to get every available byte of memory. Then I still needed that special config for Comanche: Maximum Overkill because it wouldn't work if you had the EMS driver loaded.
The boot menu with multiple configurations options that came with DOS 6.0 was a godsend.

Did Rumble Roses have "physics"? ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
That's the reason, you need more Power!
Edit: Oh, a Banshee. I had a Diamond Monster Fusion with an AMD K6-2 450 on an FIC PA2013 mobo aeons ago

No way, he should first delete his system32, it's crap data that the manufacturers put to make things go slow!

That's a... PS2 game. Are you talking about emulating it? I don't think that your graphics card is able to emulate it. I don't think it's able to emulate PS2 games at all. I don't think it can run 4K or even hit 60 FPS.
But, this is a haha funny thread, so it doesn't matter.

Perhaps a bottleneck by your cpu? even a i9-9900K is weak for that card , i mean can't you see that heat sink ? it's made for the real gaming experience , truly a beast.

Copy the game to your RAM drive. It'll be much fatser.

My new graphics card doesn't play my game at 60 fps at 4k. I've tried everything including superglue. What is this crap? Are developers just too lazy to optimise or patch their games for the latest technologies or have hackers stolen my megahertz?
