Problem TV Monitor some games go 24Hz

Playing at Technomancer and Fallout 4, the monitor works at 24Hz, while games like TEW 2, RE 7, Batman Arkham City go 60 Hz as ever and how do I fix it? Use HDMI on a Samsung TV

I already see on settings windows 10 and work at 60 Hz, infact on deskopt the monitor go at 60 hz
