Un-activated wins, new winner request?

If a winner of my giveaway has un-activated wins, am I allowed to request a new winner? Or do I have to give them the benefit of the doubt?

If the unactivated wins are within this month, then yes.

You can always ask for a re-roll. Support with either accept or deny that request.

Your request will most likely be accepted, when the user has not served a suspension for their infraction, yet, or when the infraction occured within the last month.

Only way to check if user served a suspension is asking for reroll, Afaik, suppord doesn't mind even if its really old unactivated/double win etc.

It was two weeks ago.

Like an idiot I sent the key (through SG) before realizing they had an unactivated win. I'm assuming nothing can be done now and it's just something to remember for the future. IE re-rolling won't remove the win and key from them, assuming they haven't seen it already?

Well if they have activated your game by now then jeah, you can't really do something about that. You can still file a user report, but it can take some time, till that ticket gets resolved.
