Who gave me my tag?

I got this tag that says begs for answers, i was only able to see it after someone told me about the addon. Can i find out who gave me the tag, how to get rid of it and why/where did i get it because i am being blacklisted by lots of users because of it.

ok, enough kidding...those tags only have people for their own. i can tag you, someone else can tag you, but only the tagger can see what he has wrote in this tag

ok everything is becoming clearer now theres some addon where you can tag people and only you can see it and i was unfortunately trolled so my ordeal is over now
