Well, I can't help you much with choosing a game that's fun and easy/fun to comment on.
I mean, you have some fun games in your library, you just need to pick a few you know you like (or try some, in case you haven't) and decide by yourself, but I don't know if any of them fit into what you want, let's say for example GTA 4, it's a fun game and you can do fun stuff (and modding, don't forget about that!), I reckon it's also fun to talk about, right?

What I can tell you for a better quality video, is for you before rendering your videos, load up your commentary on Audacity or some audio program and remove the background noise. I checked your videos and you have a bit of of static, that's probably due to your microphone. If you can do that, your videos will have much better sound quality and will look much more professional in my personal opinion.

You don't have to only talk about the game you are playing. Talk to your audience, go off on stories about stuff you see. Talk about anything. See something funny? Make a joke.
