This has been on my mind for a wile now. I know there are a lot of older pc games that we have played in the past that we can't get anymore. Not even on GoG. Ok, well not able to get legally. :P But I digress.

What are some of the older games YOU would like to see put on steam?
I have 3 of them off the top of my head.
They are, in these order-
Heavy Metal F.A.K.K. 2
Kiss Psycho Circus Yes, I actually liked that game.
Gunman Chronicles

Anyone have any they would like to see?

Why do you need anything anywhere if it's available somewhere?

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

Because I'd like to see this game officially added to my Steam library. Call it job conditioning.

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

I would call it an obsession.

I prefer GOG and would ditch steam if i could get most of my games there, also i am not being serious about the obsession thing, but i am serious about the GOG,i hate Steam and i hate DRM of any kind.

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

I already have 3 copies of the game. I can reinstall it whenever I want. I don't really need a dematerialized version. What I need is the name of that game in my Steam library. That's more like paying for a Steam badge than paying for a game, if you need a comparison.

I don't have anything against GOG, I'm just not really used to it. I don't mind DRM as long as they're not 1/ too intrusive 2/ dangerous for my computer 3/ Uplay.

One difficult point 'n' click with Rincewind (chasing a dragon), one ball-busting insanely difficult point 'n' click with Rincewind again (film is introduced to Ankh-Morpork), and one ball-bustingly difficult to control 3D point 'n' click that parodies the hard-boiled noir crime novels. That one also tends to be the most well-known and loved, despite its sheer amount of technical issues.

I'm totally with you. Both an NFL and some MLB franchise would be pretty awesome. I could actually see EA making a whole series of E-sports leagues or something through Origin, and that being a pretty huge market advantage for them. A melding of fantasy sports management + actual online player skill competitions.

They would have to make it less "EA" obvious money-grab like though and make it more feature-rich incentive to make it popular. I could see that as being an emerging/gamechanging market for them if they handled it just right, as I don't think the PC-sports/fantasy sports video game market has been tapped yet.
