Keys usually are in the game manual or in the case below the disk. If it's not there I don't really know how to solve your problem.

Check in the area around the disc. Code tags aren't very fast or good at making an escape, they're generally somewhere in the direct area of where the game has been, or perhaps it's hiding in the least suspected place; the spot it was last left. (might be the garbage bin)

So my friend was going to give me a copy of Hitman Absolution although he can't find a code to send to me. He has the disc in the case and was wondering if any of you know how to fix this. He lives overseas so I can't get it any other way. All help will be appreciated.
