Lucius' father is Charles Wagner, but for some reason, the card's name is Charles Wager.

Is it made on purpose?

Looks like you busted someone in an old fashioned 'typo'. Good catch. If I was you, I would contact team support immediately. Probably they will give you some free games for helping out.
