The black death... In fact the rats brought the flees, which had the deadly bacteria. The rats themselves weren't more aggressive than normal. I see that the game makes it easier to understand with aggressive rats. Have you ever been afraid of tiny little flees? ^^

I would have a spoiler discussion but not owning the game and that will be still the fact for a long time unless I win it as I buy games only when it reaches the 1eur=1hour price value (game price value, without electricity bill and computer amortization shared-cost value)
But I can talk about the black death as I just killed the whole world with it in Plague Inc.:-) Yes, humans afraid of rats, so I mutated the virus so even cute birds infect humans with it:-) I wish there would be an option to make cats as a carrier but that would be instawin.

The developers speak earnestly about using real child voice actors (instead of adult women, as is often the case) and allowing them some freedom with developing and delivering the lines in order to authentically capture the youthful innocence of the children protagonists.
- Pro: The child voice actors are excellent and this approach appears to have been very effective at creating believable characters.
- Flaw: The actors used to play French children in France could not sound much more English if they were discussing taking tea with the Queen at Buckingham Palace. I often find this type of dissonance quite difficult to ignore and it jars me out of my immersion in a game, intruding on my enjoyment in the same way that unrealistic physics does.

If you're interested in playing a very unusual game, I would say go for The Hex. I've recently completed it and thought it was really great. It's short though, took me 7 hours to finish it.

I beat it on PS4 recently and I enjoyed it! It wasn't perfect but it's hard to find good story driven single player games these days. Not all of it made sense, but it was going for more of a supernatural vibe then a realistic one, I think.
I loved that the voice acting was done by actual kids and all the characters were likable. Good luck to everyone who enters for it!
