I unintentionally won same dlc. What should i do?

Hello Guys,
I unintentionally won the farming simulator america dlc twice and i didn't activate or give the key away. I tried to add him from steam but he didn't accept or didn't see. What should i do in this situation? I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Keep attempting contact. Post in some of his former giveaways to see if you can get his attention and ask him to reroll.

In your won page, click again on "Received" on the one you didn't activate to deselect it.
Then try to contact the creator.
But having both marked as received is only going to bring you troubles.

Mark back the code that you did not redeem back to not received and try contacting the winner.
We are talking 2-3 months, so when did you try contacting him?
You can then try sending in a support ticket you asking for the reroll, else just leave the code alone, and it's his loss with you marked it not received.

Also sometimes people don't like to add random strangers, try to explain in a message on his profile or in the giveaway itself so he gets the notification atleast.

Thank you for your advices. At first i didn't see my mistake but after seeing it -i'm not sure when but nearly after 1 week i guess- i tried to add him from steam. I've just created a support ticket with links and profiles. As i said before i just wanted to recover my mistake. And thanks for your advices

i don't use autojoin. I think i entered it because of not synchronazing it from SG. And i felt wrong and asked it from forum. Why do you think i would announce this. I really want to recover my mistake

Dlc's usually don't show up as already owned, and there are several of those farming simulators and dlc, had to check a few times myself, if i didn't already own them.

You won them both 2 months ago and you're just now asking how to fix it?
Both the people you won it from are on SG daily.

Actually i didn't wait that much like i said in the other comment. If im not wrong i added him after 5-7 days later but he didn't accept or didn't see i don't know and i asked here today. I don't know why i did it now i just wanted to do it. I didn't activated the key from anywhere or i didn't give it away. I did make a mistake but what is wrong with trying to fix it? Also you said it doesn't seem legit but still i'm keeping the discussion open and i'm not trying to hide from it. If i wanted to hide this, i could never open this discussion. I really want to fix this. So thanks for your comments

Well more likely having implied you already contacted him beside just having tried adding him on steam (for the reasons i have mentioned) if you didn't beside that message a hour ago, you should atleast give that several days before doing the rest suggested.

i opened a support ticket, i wrote a comment on the GA, i added him from steam and i'm waiting as i sad before i'm not trying to escape from this i want to fix it and thanks for your kind comments :)

Not everyone is implying you escape from this, but it's about someone atleast giving someone a chance to atleast respond to the message that you wrote a hour ago. (as i said not everyone likes being added on steam so they just ignored that) even if they showed up online here, they might not always read it right away.

I'm just trying to understand why so long.. you claimed the second one over 2 months ago and you won the first 3 months ago.. when you claimed it you didn't try and activate it? You won two GAs after that a month later. You can see why it might look weird to some.

I do wish you the best with your situation though.
