Nowadays 98% of the games I enter are wishlisted games - so well, I'd like to give entering it a try :P Up to you (obviously xD)

Oh, man. I feel bad for the poor sods without a HB Monthly subscription that enter so many GAs for the same game because there're so many, and because it's really not that unreasonable to join 1000+ GAs when there are 1000+ entries :S

I most definitely don't meet the requirements, but this is a nice giveaway for those who do.
Definitely going to be some great odds (and I even see a couple butthurt people posting lmao).

Tbh your requirements of 'picky players' isn't really accurate. From what i can gather, all the users you've added to whitelist through this thread are mostly inactive users for a good part of their SG time and recently became active or even users that didn't bother to enter GA's (mostly because they already have everything they want), very different from being picky. This would then in turn make their entering stats very low for obvious reasons.

Whereas since i don't usually get humble monthlies and various bundles, there will be always games that i would want after it unlocks and a surplus of some of these games will be given away, so i will tend to enter quite a good number of them repeatedly but mostly to no avail. Also i only join quality games i would love to at least play, but of course i don't always have the time being a full time student :)

All in all, i'm just saying that your requirements are not a good representation of being 'picky' cause i consider myself being quite 'picky' on game quality but it so happens that i don't buy many bundles with maybe 1 or 2 great games so i join them here on SG and you know those do get given out quite a lot on SG. Also i hate to keep my points at max cap (some sort of OCD?, idk) so i usually just point bank on those with lowest odds of winning (but at the same time a decent qualtiy game, i never enter for +1) and i don't win those at all so also explains a higher entry rate. This is just my opinion no offense to anyone

Anyways, if you would consider me joining your whitelist for Monster Hunter World would definitely be a pleasure as it is a top wishlisted game for me and my new PC upgrade would be here within the next few days and its the school holidays so i'll 100% play it no doubt. But otherwise, you can just consider it as food for thought ^^

Well, I'm definitely not eligible! I just joined SG this year and at first entered a ton of GA's based purely on popularity ('wow, 2k people joined this GA, it must be for a really good game!') -- until I actually won something and started playing, and realized that whoever was entering these GA had zero clue just how bad the game was. It took a while for me to catch on that people were farming Steam trading cards! (I'd never even bothered with that stuff) Then I switched to joining GA's where there were a lot of that game flooding SG -- I thought, 'these games must be great, since people bought a whole bunch and really want to share them!' That was before I learned about the Dollar Viva Bundle and realized that there was a monthly Humble Bundle release. I'm much pickier now (check out reviews, use Metacritic, and rely on Curators), and only enter the GA's that look really good. I've also hidden about 5k 'trash' games, and counting!

I agree this is a nice way to keep the odds good for your WL people!

I actually enter alot of giveaways, some for plus one or cards (mostly those bundles ones in groups, wich nobody seem to want ) for each his own :) also i got about 150 games on my wishlist (lack time though) wich keeps me occupied in entering :)

nevery actually knew you could see how much entries you got, guess you keep learning every day.

You have been on my whitelist for several months now. Probably because you play your wins and are very generous. However if you are not going to enter my GAs, what's the point. Better to give the spot to someone else. Removed.

(personally i have joined 1137 giveaways in the last 3 years.... so looking for more like minded users)

Although I'm just passing by, I couldn't help but notice that you could have waited a bit until you reached 1337. That would have been perfectly in sync with the 'picky' requirement :)

Strangely enough I thought i was being fairly selective, but don't come anywhere near meeting the criteria. I'd imagine most of my entries come from my first year on the site. These days I only enter for wishlisted games, but (as others have pointed out) if that game makes it onto a humble monthly my entry numbers skyrocket pretty quick.
Regardless, cheers for a nice idea!

*edit I'll also agree with others who've mentioned that playing won games is important. I've been narrowing my whitelist down by removing people who don't play their wins. I'm striving to play everything I win, :)

I think that I might qualify for WL, but not sure how to check the number of entered GA's per year (after 6 years on SG only entered 4,443).

Hi MrGreen, I believe I may qualify.

1633 giveaways entered, in the last 6 years, average of 272 a year.

I basically won't enter a giveaway unless the game's on my wishlist, or looks very much like something I would enjoy.
And I try to play all my wins. I have currently played all but one of them, and beaten or completed 67% of them (the plan is to get that to 100%).

I'm not sure if it's possible to check how many giveaways I've won but I try to only enter games I'm interested in.

I rarely enter for giveaways. There's no easy way to calculate how many giveaways of the same game you enter (like when bundles come out and you join 50 to 200 of those giveaways)
Roughly 1002 entries in the past year, though. Almost half the entries were for 5 to 6 games.
