He actually wanted to mention that: the min wage in Turkey is 395€ whilst on average you have to pay at least 150€ to live in a flat (exluding bills), and you still have to pay around 1000€ for a starter/mid range gaming PC, not to mention the internet price/connection speed...

Ps: Government has announced that " The starvation bottom line" is 450€ for a family of 4 (which means that you have to earn at least that much to be out of risk of starvation, [considering you are paying around 23€ for a kg of minced meat]) and that a family of 4 should earn around 1250€ to be able to live a below average/average life.
