Hi,

You will need to remove requirement to be part of discord to join the group. It's no different than having gleam.io giveaway that forces user to join discord in order to get the GA link.

there is no where that says u need to join discord before joining steam group on this site just on steamgroup it does

If I'd make group recruitment with just link to group, and have requirement in the group "you must WL me, I will check if I can enter your WL GA before you're accepted into the group" it would not be allowed. Same as having group where only on Steam group page creator would ask for donations before accepting users, not listing it as requirement to join here.

You understand you made Group Recruitment for Steam Group, and to enter group that is advertised here user needs to go on Steam Group page where special rules are listed?

That's the thing. There is no way to allow people to join group without posting link to Steam Group itself. If it would be possible there is no issue, as they would never see those special rules, and not need to abide by them to join.

It will not be a group recruitment if you don't have link to said steam group that you promote.

I will close this thread to give you time to adjust group rules.

there is 0 thing i do wrong here if people tell that they joined the discord it isnt my fault if they post it here. if they comment here that they joined the discord etc i gotta respond. to their comment. so i dont see the issue here
