Create a giveaway.

Just giveaway a game and make sure that you do give it to the winner.

EDIT: Since this guy is really stupid, I'll post here how to be a contributor.
Step 1: Get a game on the steam store and put it in your inventory.
Step 2: Create a giveaway of the game you bought.
Step 3: Wait till giveaway is over.
Step 4: Send the game to the winner by trade or email.
Step 5: You are now a contributor.

If you don't get these simple steps, you fail at life.

You need to have a Steam key (that was not from a bundle) or a game purchased through Steam, to create a gift for that.

You cannot just make giveaways of the games you have physical copies off, if they do not come with a steam key. Not games from your library either!

Make a support thread and ask them to remove the giveaways.
