How long does it take for new games to register here?

So I have some games (Like dota, saints row, down of war) that I've had now for a while but they are still showing up in the list of games I can enter for giveaways and still shows as missing base game, so the question is, how long does it take until it updates here so I don't need to seem them in the list?
Or do I have to do something manually?

Sync your account. It'll sync automatically eventually, but you can do it manually.

Dont mind Dota 2, there are not any Giftaways anymore for it (beside the Forum maybe).

You need to install and play it, or it won't register. Basically, Steamgifts uses this list. Once you see Dota 2 there (probably once you have 0.1 or 0.2 hours played), sync your account here.

Indeed, some of the games on my list has not been played by me yet, so dota2 is an exception to the rule then :)
