Because Humble Bundle organizers do not wish you to split Humble Bundles or give the keys to other people. Maybe also because begging is forbidden, not sure.

Look at my giveaways and the dates I created them. Indiegala 7 was active when I was giving away the bundles. In fact I bought more gifts during the sale and posted them here 5 minutes later during a happy hour sale.

Maybe creators of this site just see Android and dont see that all games are for steam. And nearly all of them have achievements (except uplink).
