as long as you dont buy it, everything is as it should be.
i cant recommend "the fall" at all...

So basically pay $9.99 for DX: GOTY and get DX: FAIL for free... Or just buy DX: GOTY for less.

Buy original Deus Ex on Steam and don't plague your library with The Fail.

The Fall is actually pretty awesome on the format it was designed for. But, I don't see any allure to playing it on PC

Already played Deus ex goty and don't really have any interest in The Fall. I don't mind some phone ports as long as it has a lot of added content.
