Haven't bobofatt said this is fixed already so this should not happen any more?
Or it was only for new account creators, that the price will not be counted to total account worth of the free weekend games?
In case only the last, why not combined with the first?

I wanted to join a giveaway for Skyrim- but the site wont let me join the giveaway, as seen here. However I do not own Skyrim, nor have I ever on any of my Steam profiles, why can I not join?
