Dead Space 3 is quite good for coop, I've been playing it with one of my brothers these days... Plus you can find Origin keys for cheap maybe, from the recent Origin bundle.

There's a new co-op game called FORCE that was just released on steam. Seems to have some buzz around the co-op but I haven't played it.
Monaco is supposed to be a blast in co-op.
If you want longer then you could try an RPG like Krater or Baulders Gate 2.
You can play the campaign in Unreal Tournament 3 in co-op as well as just playing quick matches (on or offline) on the same team.
There is a Torchlight 1 & 2 bundle on sale at gamefly right now.

So the topic says its all. I can add the list of games we've already played. Minecraft, Terraria, Borderlands 1-2, DayZ, Portal 2, Payday 2, TF2, Rocketbirds, Dead Island(didnt like) and maybe some others. Now we're looking for something to play for rly long time (or maybe not long but intense).
Mostly would like to play games such as "How to survive" or Project Zomboid (sadly it only have a split screen co-op)
