Steam Lunar Sale 2019 Rewards question

Hey guys,
I would like to ask you in case someone already did this.
The first reward that's avaiable to redeem using tokens is "BONUS SAVINGS MODE: Add an additional 5,--€ discount to your next store purchase."
My questions is:
If i haven't used my previous 5euro discount..would i get additional 5euro on top of the 5 i already have ? Means 10e of my first 30euro purchase ? There might be a restriction to use those discounts one by one..or some other restriction which is not mantioned. I would like to know this before actually spending 15 000 tokens on that.

How would you get 15000 tokens without spending your first discount?
Seeing that requires like 150 bucks in purchases to unlock.

yeah i was thinking this, i dont think anyone will have the answer since to get that many you need to spend over 100 in your currency. Maybe they kept buying stuff so they spend under 30 each time? Guess thats a thing someone could do to figure it out

We all get tokens based on our previous purchases. So i get nearly the tokens for that reward. I already send a gift to my friend for a big purchase..which rewards tokens also. Gift purchases don't use that 5euro discount. It has to be a personal purchase.

Somebody has to say this a 5€ discount is only 5% if you then purchase somthing for exactly 100€ otherwise it is just a 5€ Discount.
You seem to mix € and % in a way i can´t understand. ;)
