Stamplive "popup" ad on SG

For the past couple of days sometimes when I open or refresh a page on SG, on the first mouse click a new tab opens pointing to stamplive.com (and gets blocked by uBlock).
Did anyone else observe such behavior or it's just me? I doubt it's some malware since it only happens on SG.

Yup, that's pretty much it.

And if your using Chrome, head over to Settings > Extensions; and check is there is anything suspicious, and if so then disable/delete.

If not, then run Malwarebytes.

No suspicious extensions or processes. Why would a malware target a single site anyway? My only guess is that some ad on the site loads a script, which would explain why it happens only once in a while.
