Searching for a game..

Hello Guys,

after Several Days of playing DayZ i got bored playing on lan servers ,because my key got banned (I still dont know why).

So i'm searching for a new game until i have some money to buy a new key. But until then I'd like to play a strategy game.

First of all: I HATE round- or turnbased games like Civilization! I'm searching for a game like Age of Empires. In AoE you dont have to wait for other players rounds.

Games i played: Command&Conquer, Age of Empires 1-3, Age of Mythology, Company of heroes, Rise Of Nations (whole trilogy) ,Total war shogun, civilization (all of them), star wars empire at war,dawn of war (all of them!), Stronghold (all), Supreme Commander 1+2 and League of Legends.

(Sorry If my english sucks ,but english isn't my main language :D )

Ever play any of the Sins of the Solar Empire games? Rebellion is a newer one. It's pretty awesome but the pace is a bit slow consideirng the scale at which you are building.

  1. Rome: Total War - Much more than a TBS. It's like 60% Turn based and the rest is high quality RTS battles.
  2. Company of Heroes - Awesome game.

If you like unconventional strategy games, I'd highly recommend the first Majesty.

I didn't know what type of game it was until I accidentally tried it out and totally fell in love with it. The whole tone of the game is a bit of a parody of the fantasy genre, but still I think it is a quite challenging and unique strategy game.

With the latest HD upgrade, I think there is no reason why not to try it out.
