  5. Complete your order.
  6. Wait for your Steam key via email and then activate the key on Steam to add Talisman: Digital Edition to your library.

Might be. I think companies underestimate our leeching powers. They're thinking "ok, we'll give out 100 or so keys, will be a nice promotion!". And there are dozens of steam groups/forums/websites posting this info. 1/3 of the people try to grab as many keys as possible to trade them later. Thousands of keys.

Well there's a thread here where someone got 400 keys at once, I think the GW40GIFT code made the purchase free no matter how many keys you bought, they should have at least limited that to 1 key purchase. That's probably why they ran out of keys imo
