Some people just don't want to be bothered by "Thanks" notification on SG
Just imagine if someone make 10 GA and there are 10 users saying thanks on each GA, just how much notification spam it would be.

From the description on the row public giveaways I can view. I assume you ignored their request to not comment in the giveaway.

I personally think blacklisting for saying thanks is idiotic, but that's just me. A lot of people think otherwise.
Now, blacklisting for breaking the community's rules is a lot more common, so please edit or remove your screenshot or you'll make it into a lot more blacklists
