I was involved with an independent feature length film, River City Panic. (Giveaways + Free Showing)

River City Panic is a dark comedy about a conspiracy involving Lincoln's body, a madness that's sweeping over a town, and a group of friends that have to get out alive. It was filmed last summer in a small town in Illinois, and I was one of the production assistants on the shoot. We dug a 4ft hole for Lincoln's coffin, built two parade floats, and blocked off a lot of roads. We also did some of the lighting in night shots, and set up and tore down the equipment at each location. There were also a few car crash scenes and a fire stunt that were semi-dangerous to film, but luckily no one was maimed. It was extremely fun to work on, plus the movie's pretty good as well. I'd really like it if Tyler's newest film gets funded on Kickstarter, so I figured I'd do some giveaways to promote it.
