My gifts were revoked, will Support do anything about it?

Did you not do it in the same trade window?
I mean did you first get the games then did another trade to give him the knife?
If that would be the case i believe they will not be able to help you. :/

Well, if you have proof (screenshots of your chat with him), then you can report him on steamrep and steam support. Also, -rep him on steamgifts.

You should add them to the library, so nobody could revoke them

Nobody will return you anything sadly. Because " He sent me the gifts then I sent him the items" for Valve and by Valve ToS this means you just gave him the items for free, not traded, Trade is only when you use the trade window, like traded the CSGO items for gifts, then in this case Valve could do something, if you just send him the items, there was even a window warning you that you accept that this is gift and you will get nothing in return.

People will NEVER learn to check reputation, steamrep or any trustworthy sources before trading, NEVER. Every single one of them must be scammed to learn something, why ;_;

He just revoked the gifts cus you didnt activated them, if you would activate them upon revoking the gifts you would recieve the message you accept to revoke gifts or not.

Your knife costs about $100 and those three games $60 each. You won't get $180 for $100. Ever. Also, look their Steamrep and Steamgifts trades profile. It's as clear as day.

It's hard Steam Support will give you back your item, but it's worth a report anyway because maybe they will issue a trade ban with a visible tag for this user or so.

Them going first with 3 big new releases should have been the red flag that stopped ya.

Trading outside of Steam window is all your risk now and it should have been like that from the start imo.Next time wait for your items to be tradeable,but never risk them to some random stranger you just met.Try joining a group like TG,aka Traders Guild,hit up chat and you can find people who you can deal with and trust.

Never trade anything outside Steam trader window unless your ready to take the full risk of losing your items or you trust the person enough to take the risk,it to easy to do charges backs and so on.

Yeah, as BrutoDetestsSB suggests, try Steam Support regardless. If they have an ounce of pity they might reverse the "gift" of that knife to that guy.
Maybe include links to his steamrep and steamtrades. With some luck, he may get a Steam trade ban if he doesn't already.

It's a pretty massive mistake, sorry that you have had to learn the hard way. To be honest I'm surprised you were tricked given your steamtrades history.

if ur using mobile authenticatior and traded via steam trade window then yes they will help you and will give u the gifts u received

why not just put the knife on steam market.... get the steam wallet funds from someone buying it. and buy the games yourself.... i thought everything from cs:go could be put on market

Please don't take this the wrong way, but, it sounds like you were played for a sucker. I don't know why you gave each other gifts rather than a straight-up trade

try reporting him on steam support. even if you won't get your items, at least there will be some record of his scam.
